You can give just your first name if you prefer.
We will only use this to write to you about your match.
Different from the language of your therapy — this is just for our emails to you.

Who is the therapy for?

Tell us who will be coming to the sessions.

Honestly: at launch, most of our network is trained in individual therapy with adults. If you select an option marked limited at launch or phase two, we will still take your details and write to you as soon as we have the right specialist — but it may take longer than for adult individual therapy.

The language of your therapy.

The point of IMHC. The language you want your therapy to be in — usually the one you think in, the one your dreams are in.

Being flexible here may shorten your wait — but being honest about what you need matters more.

In person in Vienna, online from wherever you are, or either.

Helpful for matching — if you're not in Vienna and want online sessions, we will confirm whether our therapist is able to see clients in your country.

Before you send

Thank you. The hardest part is over.

For many people, asking is the hardest thing. You have done it.

We will read what you sent personally — not pass it through an algorithm — and write to you within forty-eight hours, usually sooner. Your information is held securely and only for the purpose of matching you with the right therapist.
